The Sandman based upon Neil Gaiman's comic books has been ordered to series by Netflix.

Midnight Mass has been ordered to series by Netflix.

Development Hell:

The Lost Boys (CW) is being recast and reworked yet again.

Final Fantasy live-action series is being developed based upon FF XIV.
